I buy the brown rice syrup from my local health food store. Most should have it! I have seen this one around also http://www.spiralfoods.com.au/products/rice-syrup-0?cat=61. I like to use brown rice syrup because it’s not as sweet as other sweeteners.

I love the unusual combination! Brown rice syrup can also be bought from some Coles supermarkets too. At least my local one stocks it.
